2. User Accounts

• Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• Each user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
• Users must not impersonate another individual or organization.
• You are responsible for all activities performed using your account.

3. Talent Responsibilities

• Profiles should contain truthful information.
• Uploaded portfolios, headshots and audition videos must belong to the user.
• Users must not upload copyrighted or offensive material.
• Talent should communicate professionally with casting professionals.

4. Casting Professional Responsibilities

• All casting calls must represent genuine opportunities.
• Misleading, fraudulent or discriminatory listings are prohibited.
• Production houses must respect applicant privacy.
• Hosts are responsible for the accuracy of job descriptions.

5. Content Ownership

Users retain ownership of the content they upload, including photographs, portfolios, videos and written information. By uploading content, users grant IndCasting a limited license to display and process that content solely for operating the platform.

6. Prohibited Activities

• Posting false or misleading casting opportunities.
• Harassment, abuse or discrimination.
• Attempting unauthorized access to other accounts.
• Uploading malicious software or harmful content.
• Using automated bots to scrape platform data.

7. Membership & Payments

Certain features may require a paid membership. Subscription plans, billing cycles and payment policies will be clearly communicated before purchase. Premium access may be suspended if payments fail.

8. Suspension & Termination

IndCasting reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms & Conditions or engage in fraudulent, abusive or illegal activities.

9. Disclaimer

IndCasting acts as a platform connecting talent with casting professionals. We do not guarantee employment, project selection, or successful casting outcomes.

10. Limitation of Liability

IndCasting shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform or interactions between users.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated versions will be published on this page, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of those revisions.
